We are a family-owned and operated organic farm and natural food distributor.  We sell approximately 4,000 natural and organic products, and distribute to Pennsylvania and the surrounding states in our fleet of delivery trucks.  Our product lines range from our own organic flours and pancake mixes from our family farm's solar-powered flour mill, to retail and bulk/food service sizes of all food types (and non food products as well), along with a wide selection of refrigerated and frozen goods as well.  Customers can place their order and have it delivered to their door (if they meet the minimum for that delivery), or come to pick it up at our warehouse.  Our online ordering system allows for quick, easy placing of orders with the click of a mouse, or customers can browse our 80 page print catalog as well.  We have been providing natural and organic foods to the region since 1985, and our flour mill operation has been grinding organic flours since 1978.
