Rock Maple Farm LLC is a small batch, single source maple syrup producer nestled on a rocky knoll among the deeply wooded hills of Washington County in Southwestern PA. Maple trees in our hidden hollows are tapped each spring producing about 66,000 gallons of sap which is boiled down to make approximately 1000 gallons of pure maple syrup.  It is 100% natural and unrefined. There is more nutrition in pure maple syrup than all other common sweeteners. Maple syrup is not just for pancakes and waffles but is a great topping on ice cream and helps flavor and sweeten recipes.  From the pure maple syrup we also make pure granulated maple sugar which can be substituted one for one with white sugar in recipes or use it as topping on cereal, fruit, ice cream, sweet potatoes or all things that need sweetener.
