Description:

Sprezzatura, a woman-owned community cafe and catering kitchen, specializes in customized, quality authentic Italian heritage food. Our menus are fresh, local, seasonal and organic as our promise of quality to our customers and support for local growers and the land. Operating as a Gold Level Sustainable Pittsburgh Restaurant in a reclaimed Moose Lodge, we operate a solar-powered kitchen; pay fair wages; protect the environment through commercial composting; and build strong community partnerships that bring healthy, accessible and delicious food to the Millvale community and beyond. When our event space is open, we offer live music and theater as well as food-related and environmental programs. Our business thrives equally from our cafe, catering, events, and community partnerships.
