1:00PM – 5:30PM
SouthSide Works
Renowned worldwide for producing America’s best lamb, Western Pennsylvania is also on the map for some of the most remarkable new chef talent in the county. The event is slated to be an all-star cook-off, with 11 collaborative chef teams from over 25 of Pittsburgh’s most prominent restaurants. This year’s “Lamb Fest” will sizzle in the SouthSide Works on Sidney Street and the newly renovated “Town Square.” Join us for an unforgettable, unmatched culinary experience!
The festival will be held mainly outdoors where we will cook up tastings and serve beverages against a backdrop of natural and manmade beauty. Parking will be plentiful. Tents and seating will be, too. Our 1,000+ guests and our chef teams will have an open air, easy, convenient experience – and that will free up each of us to enjoy memorable lamb dishes, impressive cocktails, tasty brews, and much more.
General admission tickets ($80) entry at 1:30pm, guests will enjoy unlimited tastings from 11 all-star chef teams, entertainment, local vendors and giveaways. Wine and beer will be available for purchase. Sarah Shaffer of Tina’s has selected beautiful wines and created craft cocktails for General Admission and VIP attendees all of which were thoughtfully selected to pair well with lamb.
VIP tickets ($150) guests will enjoy FREE garage parking, early entry at 1pm, an OPEN Bar, exclusive access to the temperature controlled GLM Architects VIP Lounge, and a VIP swag bag.
Extra VIP Perks: In addition to 3 exclusive cocktails created solely for our VIP guests, VIP’s will be invited to a private wine tasting where you will sip selections alongside a beautiful grazing table created by Sarah Tuthill of EZPZ Gatherings, LLC. Sarah Shaffer of Tina’s Place will be serving wines from Lebanon, Republic of Georgia, and Greece. Each of these wine regions are rich with lamb centric cuisine, but lesser known when it comes to wine.
This tasting will take place from 3-4pm in the GLM Architects VIP Lounge.
