DOUG OSTER RETURNS TO PITTSBURGH BOTANIC GARDENS!

Fans of gardener-about-town Doug Oster had a great time in September at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden, as Oster and Education & Exhibits Director Dr. Mark Miller discussed and debated favorite plants to grow as they led a walk through the grounds.

They’re back at it with another Botany Walk & Talk on Thursday, October 17th. This time around they’ll focus on fall’s best and brightest, sharing wisdom, cracking wise, and taking a 10:30 am tour that finishes with a lunch packed with seasonal local produce.

This program is open to adult gardeners with any level of experience, with advance registration here. Participation cost is $45 for members, $55 for non-members. Take a look at their calendar for upcoming events- if you’re not a member yet, this might be a great time to join.
