Recipe! Please!

  • 1 lb sausage or .75 lb bacon cooked
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 slices cubed sourdough bread (optional)
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • cooked mushrooms, peppers, and onions, (optional)
  • Cup cake baking cups

Layer bread, sausage or bacon & cheese (and any optional veggies) in the cup cake tin ¾ full (use the papers or butter well). Pour egg mixture on top of ingredients. Refrigerate for 12 hours. Bake at 350 uncovered until egg is done. Let cool. Pop the small egg bakes out and potion into bags for each day of your week. … now nourish those kids!
