September 22nd: Mt. Lebanon Lion’s Club Farmers’ Market

Mt Lebanon Lion’s Club Farmers Market has been around every summer for 30 years. Fresh Produce and fruit picked for you the day of market. RAIN OR SHINE!


September 25th: Homewood Farm Stand

Stop by and say hello! We’ll be at the Homewood Farm stand from 10am-2pm located in the Bible Center Parking Lot at 717 North Homewood Avenue 15208. The Farm Stand features fresh produce from local Homewood Farmers as well as other Health & Nutrition Vendors.


September 26th: Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival


The ultimate in hometown Pittsburgh food and fun from 1pm-6pm at Kennywood Park! The annual celebration of the #CityofDumplings will feature our city’s favorite food from over two dozen restaurants, chefs, and pierogi purveyors who will be serving up hot and delicious pierogies, creative pierogi-inspired dishes, dessert pierogies, and more!


As you make your way through Kennywood Park, hop on some classic rides open to our guests special for the day and shop the pop-up Pierogi Marketplace for everything from pierogi t-shirts and clothing, to jewelry and pottery, to Festival keepsakes and Pittsburgh memorabilia.

The party goes on from 1pm-6pm, with live music, open beer gardens for guests 21+, and select Kennywood games and favorite food vendors who will be joining in the fun!


September 30th: Wilkinsburg Farmers’ Market


The Wilkinsburg Farmers’ Market operates every Thursdays from 4 – 6 p.m. at 739 Penn Avenue, Wilkinsburg 15221 in the Harold Young Sr Parklet. The Wilkinsburg Thursday Market offers fresh, locally grown produce, homemade preserves, baked goods, prepared foods and more.


October 2nd: Bloomfield Saturday Market 


The Bloomfield Development Corporation created the Bloomfield Saturday Market in order to create a community gathering place–somewhere for neighbors to enjoy a meal, buy produce directly from farmers, and get a gift for a friend, all while exchanging ideas and soaking in entertainment provided by creative artists. The Bloomfield Market promotes community health, not only by providing a social venue to encourage camaraderie and interaction, but also by encouraging healthy lifestyles through the availability of a wide range of produce.


October 8th-10th: Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show


The Pittsburgh Fall Home Show brings you face-to-face with hundreds of local businesses – all ready to help answer your questions and find everything you need for your home.


There will be a special Farm to Table Buy Local section featuring local farms & food producers. Stop by and say hello and start stocking up for the Holidays.

November 13th: 10th Annual Farm to Table Buy Local Harvest Tasting


We’re hosting our 10th Annual Harvest Tasting & Market on Saturday, November 13th at SouthSide Works in Pittsburgh, PA.  The Farm to Table Tasting events are casual gatherings that allow consumers to experience first-hand the quality and diversity of locally grown, produced and prepared food.  These are great events to meet local Pittsburghers who value their food and are excited to learn how to access local food and beverages. The atmosphere is relaxing: music and local food conversation abounds. This is a great event to pickup local items for all your holiday entertaining needs!
