Michael is an accomplished musician and chef who has written and published Artisan in the Kitchen, paying homage to his Southern Ohio roots. Now an “Austinite,” living it up in Texas, Michael travels around the country playing his music and preparing meals for music lovers and foodies alike.  You may remember him singing at the 2014 Friday Night Food Tasting at the Farm to Table Conference.
