Cutting Root Farm– growing herbs, flowers, and plants and using them to create so much more, this online shop offers crafted tea blends, elixirs, skin care, tinctures, vinegars, ciders; fresh and dried herbs, buckets of flowers, all kinds of live plants. They additionally offer live and online classes and workshops, and ongoing residency and education opportunities.

 

Goose Creek Gardens– join them at The Flower Shack, offering Mother’s Day features like mixed bouquets and jar arrangements showcasing their great selection, dahlia tubers, heirloom chrysanthemums, and a wide variety of vegetable and herb seedlings including over 15 varieties of heirloom tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, and herbs galore.

Pisarcik Flower Farm– with a walk-in flower shop in Valencia, PA, their wares can also be found at outposts like Soergel’s Orchard and Mediterra Cafe locations throughout the Pittsburgh area.  Mother’s Day bouquets and arrangements await, and so do treats like sourdough coffee cake, sugar cookie cheesecake and MOM cookie stacks, as well as hands on experiences like workshops on pressed flowers, arranging cut flowers, and wreath making. 

Pond Hill Farm– a gift for now, a gift for later: there’s two flower CSAs available showcasing the most gorgeous and colorful blossoms you can imagine, ranunculus in the spring, and dahlias in late summer. Either would be an incredible gift on their own, both would be treasured beyond measure!
