PSU Extension Butcher Apprenticeship Program

Penn State’s Butcher School has opened applications for the next session of their Butcher Apprenticeship Program.

Participants in the program will study on campus for 3 weeks (July 31-August 18) and then be placed with an employer to complete their 3000 hours of on-the-job training to earn their journeyworker certificate in butchering from the Department of Labor.
