UNCLE JAMMY SAUCES MAKE US JELLY

Every year the Farm To Table Expo at the Home & Garden Show gives us the opportunity to gather with the abundance of food creators we share the region with. When we’re reunited with the smiling face of Uncle Jammy’s Sauces and Seasonings, both in cartoon form as a logo on the bottles and in glorious real life as the man behind the booth, it feels and tastes so good.

We’re lucky to call Uncle Jammy, AKA Jamal Etienne-Harrigan, a neighbor, especially with the rich culinary traditions he’s brought to our community.  With roots in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the Virgin Islands, flavor is a tradition passed down through the family and passed along to us.

His adventures in good taste took him on a journey from lavish cocktails to spirited cakes to finally land on sauces and dry rubs that are an exploration of a brave new world we’ll all want to visit. Jalapeno Pear with heady fruit and tangy tomatillo and Cayenne Citrus with lemon, orange, tangerine and grapefruit joined with zesty pepper, Gold Dust rub started for coleslaw moved on to everything, Ranch Rub made dairy free and dilly- you’ll want to go on your own trip through this range of good taste.
