East End Food Co-op (EEFC), Grow Pittsburgh, Pasa Sustainable Agriculture, and the Pittsburgh Food Policy Council (PFPC) are organizing the 6th Annual Pittsburgh Urban Farm Tour. And we want your business to be part of it! Will you help make this year’s Farm Tour a success?

The 2022 Tour will be held on Saturday, September 17th. Though the exact schedule is still being finalized, we are confident that this year’s Farm Tour will engage people in new and exciting ways. Read more about our previous Farm Tours here!

Each year, the Farm Tour allows us to deepen connections in our community and demonstrate the vital work our urban farms are doing: teaching community members how to grow food, remediating pollution, ensuring access to fresh local food, and converting disinvested areas into productive and safe green spaces.

Urban farms have a significant impact on the food system, local economy, and urban environment. For this reason, we want to ensure the farmers who manage these plots have access to resources and capital they need to be successful. The success of last year’s tour allowed us to provide a $200 honorarium to each farm site and contribute to the Urban Growers Scholarship Fund. Funds from the 2022 Farm Tour will once again support an honorarium for each farm site and continue to support the Scholarship Fund.
