CEOs for Sustainability Lunch & Learn with Eat’n Park Hospitality Group

Owners and workers in the hospitality industry, as well as sustainability professionals, practitioners, advocates and investigators, have an opportunity to explore how partnerships and sustainability practices strengthen the food economy and all who participate within it.

On Monday, June 16, from noon to 1:30 pm, CEOs for Sustainability and Eat’n Park Hospitality Group are offering a Lunch & Learn documenting how local businesses contribute to create a stronger local food system. Jeff Broadhurst, President and CEO of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group opens the event, with Sustainable Pittsburgh’s Rebecca Bykoski providing recent information on area initiatives.

Dr. Audrey Murrell, University of Pittsburgh Professor and Deputy Chair of Food 21 network, will lead a panel discussion featuring Jamie Moore, Director of Sourcing and Sustainability for Eat’n Park Hospitality Group; Chad Townsend, Co-Founder and CEO of Millie’s Homemade Ice Cream; and Nathan Holmes, Founder and Owner of 3 Rivers Grown.
