COMMUNITY KITCHEN CHEFS ROLL WITH THE GOOD TIMES

The monthly chef dinners thrown by Community Kitchen, one of our favorite non-profits for the professional cooking education they provide to members of underserved communities, are not-to-be-missed events, joining professional chefs with students to cook special meals for appreciative diners.

This week, the guests are coming from inside the house… February showcases the kitchen’s own with a Mardi Gras feast inspired by New Orleans’ Dooky Chase’s Restaurant.

Lucky guests will experience Po’ Boy Crostini, Creole Gumbo with Leah’s Cole Slaw, Crab Meat Étouffée with red beans & rice, and individual King Cakes.

In the kitchen are:

Executive Chef: Bruce Harris
Sous Chef: Don Burch
Chef Instructor: Brian Naughton
Kitchen Manager: Jozie Zitzelberger
Catering Chef: Dan Czerpak
Pastry Chef: Joe Joint

This is a one-night only offering, presented on Thursday, February 27th at 5:30, so don’t miss it- get your tickets here today!
