The 2017 conference takes place March 24 & 25, 2017 from 10am-5pm each day at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in downtown Pittsburgh, PA.

Pricing

    • Regular Exhibitor: $300 – 10′ x 10′ exhibitor space, cannot sell prepared food or any alcoholic beverages
    • Corner Exhibitor:  $600 – Featured 10′ x 10′ space that wraps the corner of each aisle, cannot sell prepared food or any alcoholic beverages
    • Farm to Table Cafe Exhibitor:  $750 – Sell Prepared Food and Alcohol in new Food Court Space.  The Convention Center Concession stand will not be open to serve or sell food.
    • Endcap Exhibitor: $900 – Featured 30′ x 10′ space on the end of each aisle, cannot sell prepared food or any alcoholic beverages until upgrade to Cafe Exhibitor

The Convention Center Concession stand will not be open for food sales. All of the attendees will need to be fed by you! Last year’s exhibitors who sold meals were extremely successful selling meals and food.

Changes in PA Law now allow individual exhibitors to sell prepared and bottled alcoholic beverages at their booth. Upgrade cost covers license fee.

Extra Food Tasting Events

Each night features an additional tasting event which is free for exhibitors to participate in. There may be extra costs for those events depending on your needs.

Pay Online or By Check

Please fill out all of the information on this form and remit payment upon submission. Payment is collected through PayPal where you can pay with a credit card or checking account and do not need a PayPal account.  You can also choose to mail in a check for full payment.
