“The sixth annual Farm to Table Conference will be held Friday and Saturday, March 23 and 24, 2012, at theDavid L. Lawrence Convention Center. The conference will feature live cooking demos by chefs and dietitians,talks on such topics as nutrition, humane treatment of animals, and gardening, kid-friendly activities, andexhibitions by local farms, creameries, wineries, and more. There will also be a breakfast event on Saturday morning and a food tasting on Friday night featuring some of my personal favorites (Franktuary and Olio Fresca Olive Oil) as well as other vendors whose products I’m very excited to try (E², North Country Brewing Company, Pretzel Crazy, and more).”
