The Pennsylvania Native Plant Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation and promotion of plant life historically originating within the commonwealth,  is accepting applications for grants for its 2025 cycle through February 15th.  

Student projects, native plant gardens, and Justice 40 area gardens are the three primary categories; within these there’s a wide range of endeavors qualifying for funding.

All applicants must be members of the Pennsylvania Native Plant Society; membership for individuals is $15 yearly or $200 for lifetime inclusion, and organizational membership is $25 per year. Applications will be accepted through February 15th. Recipients will be announced on March 1st.

Depending on the project, it may be necessary to include a species list, a project description of 200-500 words, detailed budget, and Letter of Support from the landowner of the project site, so get started ASAP- more info and application here!
