Farm to Table Harvest Tasting guests are encouraged to savor the local flavors of Fall and gather local inspiration for their Thanksgiving tables, as a kick-off to the Holiday season. Tastings of the best in local food and beverage are the main attraction. Guests can also purchase local items and enjoy music while they taste their way through the event. The events feature breweries, wineries and local farms.

“The Farm to Table Harvest Tastings cap off the Harvest Festival season held at local farms. We want to give farms and consumers one more chance to connect during the Fall months. We challenge consumers to Buy Fresh, Buy Local throughout the year. According to a 2015 study from the Southwest PA Regional Planning Commission, ‘If economic activity in the Western PA food supply chain increased by 10%, we could create 33,000 new jobs & add $4 billion in business activity.’” says Erin Hart, founder, Farm to Table Buy Local.
