If you are a teacher, PTO member, or school administrator then you can bring this unique nutrition program into your school. Get kids excited about healthy food and learn about what eating seasonally means in Pennsylvania.
Susan (from Farm to Table Pittsburgh) did a fantastic job with our elementary kids! She captured their attention for the duration of the assembly and the information she brought to educate the kids was very informative! Her games she played with the children were educational and engaging… she rocks!

School Assembly Program
Super Fun! Local Food Challenge School Assembly Program
Make learning about healthy food fantastic! This game-show style assembly program gets kids in grades K-8 excited about choosing local, Pennsylvania-based foods, how to eat a variety of foods, and tests their ability to work together as a team!
Kids will need to be ready for physical challenges, charades, and have all their food facts ready if they want to compete – but everyone wins when they learn how to eat great.
The challenge features information and prizes! Assembly lasts 45 minutes and content is adjusted to meet elementary and middle/junior level skills.
