Hi Farm to Table Friends! We hope you’re enjoying your summer! We’re partnering with Sustainable Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Food Policy Council & Pittsburgh Food & Beverage Network for a Farm to Table Buy Local Grower/ Buyer Networking Event! Join us on Tuesday, July 25th from 2 pm – 5 pm at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center! Vendor space is FREE and vendors can sample products to prospective wholesale/ institutional buyers. Attendees will include food service professionals, restaurants, dietitians, wellness & health care providers, child care providers, hospitals, nursing homes, school districts, corporate cafeteria’s and other institutional or wholesale buyers who are interested in buying from local farms/growers and food/beverage producers.
All local food/farm businesses who attend should be prepared to sample products, provide order forms, food safety certifications (or if they’re in process) and business cards/flyers.
