Description:

We produce pure, raw, naturally crystalizing honey on our family farm in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. We only sell our own Country Barn Honey, we don’t purchase honey from other sources. Our honey consistently wins awards and won Best in Show at the 2020 Pennsylvania Farm Show! We only harvest twice a year, in July and October. Right now we have our dark red honey available from our October harvest. We pack our honey in glass jars and we never heat or filter our honey to ensure delicious flavor. We only produce raw honey that will naturally crystalize quickly.

Crystalized honey is perfectly good! Most of our customers prefer our naturally crystalizing honey as is since they know the delicate crystallization is a sign of quality local honey that has not been stabilized by heating and filtering. If you need to liquify the honey for a recipe simple put the jar in warm water.

Local pickup available in Glenshaw, PA. Our pick up hours are by appointment only. We can also ship to your location. Shipping cost depends on your zip code.  Wholesale pricing available.  Retailer inquiries welcome.
