Our team at The Crested Duck provides delicatessen style creations that elevate traditional butcher shop fare to new heights. We source all of our meats from small scale and family owned farms with-in a 150 mile radius of the city. Utilizing traditional 15th century methods for preparing and preserving meats we craft unique and bold charcuterie; items that are unique to us, or giving you our interpretation of more classic cured meats. All of our products are produced from scratch in small batches to ensure the best quality.
Additionally, we offer dinner service at our Beechview restaurant. We get our produce from local farmers whenever possible and prepare all of the items fresh. The menu is composed of small-portioned dishes that are simple and seasonal.
