Description:

Emerald Valley Artisans (EVA) LLC is a farm to table distributor sourcing from local farms and producers. We are farmers representing farmers. We understand the challenges of production agriculture and work directly with the producers to select the highest quality products and best price for all, producer and consumer. We want to get the best local food available from the farms to your tables and shelves!!

Owner Alisa Fava-Fasnacht is passionate about the “eat local movement" and supporting local farmers. She saw no farm-to-table distributors working to bring local food into restaurants and food service settings, so she filled the void! Emerald Valley Artisans (EVA) LLC now operates as an aggregator and distributor for the Emerald Valley Artisans brand as well as others. All the 60+ product lines sold through our retail location, The Marketplace at Emerald Valley, are available to restaurants and retailers thru EVA.

The Emerald Valley Artisans brand was born in 2004 when Fava-Fasnacht, a 4th generation dairy farmer, began transforming high-quality milk from her Emerald Valley dairy herd into the award-winning artisan cheese. This adventure grew into a line of artisan cheese, herbed Fromage Blanc and traditional Italian biscotti hand-crafted with all-natural ingredients. And now it has evolved again - to become a distributor of local food!
