Join us at Lingrow Farm on Friday, July 31st for a unique and unforgettable evening featuring pastured pork from Roaring Run Farmstead, grass-fed lamb from Angel Lane Farm, artisanal cheese from Farm Fromage, Charcuterie from Crested Duck Charcuterie, staff-grown fruits and veggies, wild foraged mushrooms and much more.
Chef Michael "Buzz" Olshansky will prepare a multi-course menu with wine pairings by Joe Barsotti of Barsotti Wines and Twisted Thistle's Pastry Chef, Edit Herman, will turn local peaches, berries, raw honey, and farm-fresh eggs from free ranging chickens into a beautiful and delectable dessert!
