Coopworth and/or Jacob USDA Lamb & 4 assorted sausages are offered from the farm. The lamb is a very mild, non-gamey meat and is delicious! I also offer homemade jams, jellies, marmalade's and assorted butters (apple, apricot, peach and so on). These vary from year to year, depending on the fruit that is available and my creativity!
