La Prima Espresso Company
Established in 1988, La Prima Espresso Company is dedicated to procuring, roasting, and serving premium Italian-style espresso and fine coffees from around the world. La Prima strives to work in a manner respectful to our employees, community, environment and the farmers who grow our coffee. As such, La Prima offers ten choices of fair trade and organic coffees.
La Prima is certified organic through the United States Department of Agriculture and Pennsylvania Certified Organic. We are also certified through Fair Trade USA. We know the products we buy and sell are connected to the livelihoods of others. Fair trade is one way we make a conscious choice for a better world through income sustainability, empowerment, individual and community well-being, and environmental stewardship.
La Prima also supports our local community through partnerships with 412 Food Rescue and Chatham University, Falk School of Sustainability & Environment. La Prima offers delicious, unique blends titled for these organizations with a portion of proceeds going directly to them.
