Western PA's Local Food Guide

Flip through Local Food Guide
Trickling Spring Creamery was founded in 2001 by two friends working in the dairy industry with the mission of processing fresh milk from local farmers and bringing it to our local community. They asked farmers to hold to high standards concerning what they fed their cows, their animal welfare, and land eco-sustainability.
A large part of this was asking our farmers to give their cows access to pasture year round and feed a grass intensive diet. All of our milk is minimally processed using low-temp pasteurization, simple ingredients, and no additives added to our whole milk & creams. In 2002, we became certified as an organic processor and started selling our organic products throughout the greater Mid-Atlantic region.
As our reputation for quality organic grass fed dairy products grew we were privileged to expand distribution across the eastern seaboard region.
In September 2012, we had the opportunity to start processing fresh goat milk from a community of four family goat farms located in central PA.
Today, we purchase milk from 27 Organic dairies, 7 FarmFriend dairies, 10 FarmFriend goat dairies, and 1 certified Organic goat dairy.
